How to Stake SOL using Ledger Live Desktop app

Introduction:

In this guide, we’ll show you how to delegate your SOL tokens with your Ledger Hardware wallet via the Ledger Live Desktop App.

Step-by-Step Staking Guide:

*Before we begin please ensure your Ledger hardware wallet is plugged in and you have the Solana app opened.

Step 1 — Select your account

• Open the Ledger Live Desktop App

• Click on ‘Accounts’

• Select your desired Solana account

Step 2 — Stake your SOL

• Once you have selected your account, click on ‘Stake’

• Click ‘Continue’ on the pop-up

• Click on ‘Show All’ then in the search box type ‘Luganodes’

• Click on the result ‘Luganodes’ and then click on ‘Continue’

• Enter the amount of SOL that you wish to stake with and click on ‘Continue’

• Now sign the transaction on your Ledger device (make sure to double check the transaction details before signing)

• After a few seconds your transaction should be confirmed and you should receive a confirmation message
